I have loved receiving pictures of your sketches throughout lockdown. You have all developed your sketching skills.

Ruby has sent images of her work over the past few weeks. Each time I receive an email with a picture of her work I am blown away! Like many of you, she is putting 110% effort into her home learning and it is definitely paying off! Well done Ruby!

Our maths champion Markus is learning from home this week and has sent in pictures of his art! Looks like he is after an art champion title too! Well done Markus. It looks great.

Thank you again for all your effort this week! You never fail to blow my socks off with your hard work and resilience. I am one very proud Year 4 teacher!

And we are back!

Esio Trot (Dahl Fiction): Amazon.co.uk: Dahl, Roald, Blake, Quentin: 9780141365480: Books

In class we have been reading ESIO TROT by Roald Dahl.

A few of the children in class couldn’t work out what ESIO TROT meant.

After a long discussion and a few hints we discovered it is the word tortoise spelled backwards. How clever!

So, inspired by this we have come up with this week’s challenge.

We have written backwards messages for you to solve.

Comment below with your answers!

Please send in your challenges for us to crack in class!
